"Find a penny, pick it up. All day long you'll have good luck.” Know what's even better than finding a random penny? Picking out pennies with dates that mean something to you, and having those pennies made into a keychain, bracelet, necklace or other items.
Pick any years from 1909 to current. I have the pennies and a product for you.
I can make a lot of different styles, depending on how many pennies you want. These are just a few examples.
Standard bracelet lengths are 7” and 8”.
I usually make 7” bracelets with 7 pennies, and 8” ones with 8 pennies. For bracelets on suede cords, you can choose the color and the number of pennies from 1 to 6.
Keep in mind that bracelets fit looser than watches.
A simple but fun way to carry around the pennies you want! Also perfect for backpack charms.
I offer several different styles of necklaces, from a single penny to multiple pennies linked together. Anything other than a full necklace are then made on a suede cord in your choice of color.

The necklaces on cords are made so they can be adjusted by the customer, to make sure the length is right for you.
This is made of 2017 pennies and was a graduation gift.
I can make one or two pennies on a suede cord, or make a charm-style necklace of several pennies.
Custom made necklace of six 1938 pennies.
1924, 1926, 1949, 1953, 1954 pennies.
Twelve pennies, 1954 thru 2016, to represent a husband, wife, kids and grandkids.
A gorgeous necklace made of 1926 pennies. This necklace was given to a 92-year-old woman for Christmas 2018!
I have thousands of pennies, dating back to 1909, and some even earlier. I'm not a coin collector but just am constantly looking for good pennies for my business.
Used coins can be damaged or really disgusting, so I am careful to stock pennies in good shape and cleaned well.
I go to the bank and buy rolls of pennies. I take out the ones obviously not usable or years I already have a lot of. My next step is to clean the pennies I want, first using salt and vinegar and then finishing by using an eraser on each one. Yes, an eraser! A few pennies still won't be usable, so I pull those out at this point.
I then sort the pennies by years, keeping them organized so I can easily locate what a customer wants and keep track of any years I may need to keep looking for. I take all of the discarded pennies back to the bank.
When a customer orders an item, I carefully drill holes and assemble the item. (This is not illegal, so long as no one tries to reuse the pennies as money.)
Price depends on two things: pennies (how many and the years) and the item.
I charge per penny: 1983-current are $1 each. 1960-1982 are $2 each. 1940-1959 are $5 each. Pennies before 1939 are $7 each.
I then charge a fee per item, for my work. A keychain is $2. A necklace on a suede cord is $2. A suede bracelet is $3. “Full” necklaces or bracelets made of all pennies are $8 and $6.
I can't take online orders on this website, but I am happy to take an order over email! Email me and let me know what you are looking for, and I can let you know the price.
